JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage legal matters concerning international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
Provide legal advisory services on various subjects to business.
Take responsibility to draft, review and negotiate the legality of M&A transaction documents including term sheet/MOU, share and purchase agreements and contracts.
Support team to research and provide analysis on legal regulations.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects in local and internationally.
Conduct a legal due diligence, negotiating, executing, and performing contracts.
