Job offer: Regional Marketing Manager

Job Description
• Lead and support the regional marketing team to achieve sales targets, especially in the east area.
• Mentor and upgrade the skills of the regional team to meet MHC standards.
• Monitor and maintain the account receivables in the region.
• Collaborate with the collection team to reduce bad debt levels.
• Develop and propose marketing strategies to maximize market penetration in the assigned region.
  Job Qualifications:   

• Could analyze financial statements
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
• Have strong leadership
• Excellent analytical, relentlessly resourceful, and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in English, both oral & written, is a must
• Will be placed in Jakarta or Surabaya
