Job offer: Inward Manager

General Summary:

• Manage Inward reinsurance activities in accordance with the company’s underwriting and reinsurance policy and standards so as to meet and exceed customers and shareholders’ expectations.

• Expected to perform fully according to the job description as written below to achieve uniformity of the performance of specific function.
   

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering effective reinsurance services to the business in line with the company reinsurance philosophy.

• Ensure that all risks accepted are properly in line with company Guideline and reinsurance strategy documents.

• Ensure timely Retro placement of any risks beyond company’s capacity with approved securities

• Seek for special acceptance for treaty excluded risks from the Treaty leaders.
  Support the servicing and growth inwards facultative business.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements to OJK.\

• Establish and maintain relationships with Ceding company and reinsurance brokers to cultivate goodwill for business.

• Prepare reinsurance underwriting and claims statistics on a regular basis.

• Coordination with finance regarding outstanding.

• Managing a good record of booking at the system and maintain of all related documents.
