Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor & report on freight performance and status.
• Select appropriate partners.
• Negotiate with carrier.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Develop & implement carries strategies.
• Analyze sales data & establish target lanes.
• Arrange timely alternative transportation.
• Oversee freight delivery & ensure goods are in order.
• Collaborate for new business opportunities.
• Sub-lead the team to perform key duties mentioned before.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience in freight forwarding.
• Bachelor with related degree is preferred.
• Having knowledge about customs regulations, basic cargo, dangerous goods cargo & shipping lines.
• Skilled in PEB/PIB, BL Creation, and Manifest, familiarity with CargoWise is highly preferred.
• Business in English.
