Job offer: Purchasing Manager

Job Qualification:

• Education Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field

• Have Experience min 5 Years in Purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or leather goods

• Experience in Supplier management and contract negotiation.  

• Has strong analytical skills for assessing costs and making informed decisions

• Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers

• Has knowledge of raw leather materials and components used in bag manufacturing

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in English both verbal and written, mandarin will be Advantage

• Placement in Kendal Industrial Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management :  Identify, Evaluate and manager relationships with suppliers of raw materials, including leather, fabrics and accessories, do negotiate prices, payment terms and contracts with suppliers
• Cost Control :  Monitor and Optimize inventory costs to maintain supply chain efficiency
• Inventory Management : Develop and Implement procurement strategies to reduce the risk of material shortages or excess inventory
• Coordination with Internal Teams : Collaborate with production, planning and logistics teams to ensure materials are available as needed for manufacturing
• Analysis and Reporting : Analyze purchasing data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions
• Compliance and Quality Standards:  Ensure all purchases comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements
