Job offer: Plant Manager

Job Description:

• Direct daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure
  smooth and efficient production, staffing, and quality.

• Develop strategic plans in the manufacturing process, hiring needs, running
  of operations, and manage budgets effectively.

• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements
  and internal quality standards.

• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and
  protocols.

• Take a data-driven approach to develop and implement processes that
  increase productivity and enhance overall performance.

Job Requirement:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related discipline.

• Proven experience of 8-10 in plant operations, and at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial
  role preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently is necessary.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants.

• Experience with setting up and scaling manufacturing operations is a bonus.

• Experience with a clean room environment is a bonus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology is expected.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willing to accept challenges, able to work under pressure, have excellent analytical thinking, and communicate effectively with various levels.
