Job offer: Manufacturing Section Manager

Candidate Requirements

• Min Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Maximum 40 years old 
• Min 3 years experience in Chemical or Manufacturing Industry
• Ability to communicate in English is a Must  
• Experience in production chemical processes/chemical companies
• Familiar with Distributed Control System  for chemical process production
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

• Liaise with other sections to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organize workflow to meet production schedule specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
• Determine the necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
• Approve maintenance work, and purchasing of equipment, etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Report to upper management
