Job vacancy General Affair Jr. Staff

Our client, a major Japanese Energy Company is currently looking for an exceptional Junior General Affairs (GA) Staff in order to help them to coordinate the internal affairs within the company. In this role you will be working collaboratively with the GA team in their head office in Jakarta.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling the entire payment process to General Affairs matters.
• Responsible for maintaining administrative matters and documents for General Affairs.
• Arranging business trips (accommodation, flight, transportation, etc.).
• Monitoring the provision of office facilities (e.g. stationery, pantry supplies, meeting room, transportation, mailing) are running smoothly.
• Ensuring the coordination between service level employees (driver, office boy, receptionist) and the users are running in proper manner and smooth.
• Providing administrative and assistance support including, but not limited to arranging meetings and translation documents.

Key Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
• Open to fresh graduates up to 1 year of working experience in the related role.
• Proven proficiency in English both in verbal and written.
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint) and Ms. Outlook, high proficiency in Ms. Excel is highly preferable.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
