Job offer: Sales Supervisor - Dairy

Our Japanese client is looking for Sales Supervisor to join their team with details as follows:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for dairy products.

• Identify new business opportunities, including market expansion, new product launches, and distribution channels.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on dairy products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
• Familiarity with retail and distribution channels in the dairy industry.
