Job Description :

Have knowledge and understanding in QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development).
Manage, monitoring and controlling receive order, delivery control.
Managing and monitoring Business activities.
Managing and controlling, and coordination with internal staff related order, delivery or shipment.
Making and monitoring quotation cost
Manage and controlling between received order and quotation.
Price negotiation with customer
Forecast negotiation with affiliate.
Review and analyst (forecast, sales amount, lost profit) report to Superior

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, particularly in the automotive industry or PMA in manufacturing, warehouse, or sales.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills is mandatory
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1, N2, or N3).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with expatriate management.
