Responsibilites:

• Oversee daily production operations in the plastic injection molding department.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Monitor and manage production line performance, identifying and resolving issues.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure proper functioning and upkeep of machinery.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in plastic injection process automotive parts manufacturing
• Willing to work in Cikarang
