Job offer: Sales Manager

Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for Sales Manager Japanese Speaker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for automotive manufacturing, specifically for 4-wheel vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients, particularly those from Japan, China, and Korea.
• Conduct detailed presentations and analyses to solve customer problems and address their needs.
• Lead negotiations with customers, focusing on OEM deals for 4-wheel vehicles.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry with a focus on 4-wheel vehicles, including experience with global companies.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean OEM customers.
• Proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3) and strong English (listening, reading, writing).
• Understanding of ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and SMK3 standards.
