BRANCH MANAGER

(SAMARINDA, BALIKPAPAN)

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Technic.

• Minimum 3 years experiences work in heavy equipment.

• Age maximum 45 years old. 

• Understanding heavy equipment, sales, after sales support and fabrication.

• Have leadership ability, analytical, conceptual and systematical skill.

• Active English Language and Have Broad work connection.

•  

Job Description:

• Planning and budgeting and branch forecast accurately and according to needs.

• Formulate and determine branch, harmony with company’s vision and mission.

• Formulate branch operational development planning in long term so it can expand the role and competitiveness of branch.

• Internal coordination can be better between departments.

• Responsible to each managing department that is, unit sales, parts and service in Jakarta Branch so it can run well and according to target that has been decided.

• Ensure customer satisfaction process can be done properly.

• Ensure company get profit and customer is not having a loss either.
