Job offer: Process Engineer SPV

Job Description:

• Create a tryout schedule for making prototypes/samples (assembly section).
• Prepare and review jigs/tools for the purposes of making prototypes/samples (assembly parts), as well as discussing changes/improvements with related departments.
• Carry out the product assembly trial process both internally and with subcont.
• Coordinating with the production department for borrowing machines and carrying out tryouts.
• Create a test report. Tryout contains parameter settings and problems that occur during the trial assembly process.
• Submit tryout results to Quality Assurance for prototype/sample evaluation purposes.
• Improvements after trials, whether from process, jig or tool.
• Control the progress of the preparation of the new model and make monthly reports on the progress schedule for the new model that has been created.
• Reviewing process flow documents, layout designs, work instruction, standard parameters created by Kaizen staff.
• Carrying out improvements continuous improvements (continuous improvements). 

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering.
• Has a minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering with welding experience. Robot welding would be preferable.
