Exciting Opportunity for an Italian Cuisine Chef! ????‍????

We're seeking a passionate and talented Chef with strong Italian cuisine knowledge for our client. 

Role: Expat Executive Chef (Italian Chef)
Location: West Jakarta, Indonesia 
Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute authentic Italian dishes with high quality and consistency
- Innovate and develop new menu items that reflect traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Italian Cuisine with international exposure
- Proficiency in English and Italian is a must
- In-depth knowledge of Italian culinary traditions and techniques
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
