Job offer: Club Manager (Pilates Studio)

Our client, who is a Pilates Studio is seeking for the brightest individual to become an exceptional Club Manager in their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club in their Studio in South Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance and cleaning services.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention.
• Handle client bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage studio staff, including instructors, front desk personnel, and cleaning staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all classes and studio hours.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the related field (e.g. Sports Management, Sport Science, Business Administration) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in the fitness or wellness industry is mandatory.
• Proven knowledge of club operation and industry trends.
• An individual with a customer-service oriented mindset.
