Job offer: Operation Manager

Our client, a mining blasting services company looking for operation manager with qualification and job description as below:

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the manufacturing and delivery of bulk explosives and accessories.
• Implement and improve operational procedures, safety standards, and working practices.
• Provide guidance to support functions like Safety, Technical Services, Engineering, Human Capital, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian business regulations.
• Train and certify operational employees.
• Maintain safety and quality standards for equipment, manufacturing plants, and products.
• Oversee blasting services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use permitted raw materials for manufacturing.
• Align business strategy with specific objectives and policies.

• Promote company vision, values, and staff development.

   

Qualifications

• Education : Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering; additional financial or business qualification is advantageous.
• Experience : Minimum of 7 years in mining operations and bulk explosives manufacturing.
• Skills :
  • Intimate knowledge of mining operations (open-pit, quarry, underground).
  • Familiarity with Indonesian mining and explosives regulations.
  • Experience in operating manufacturing plants and mobile manufacturing units.
  • Knowledge of chemical formulations and commercial explosives products.
  • Ability to interact with customers at various levels.
