Our Japanese automotive spare parts (injection molding process) Company client is seeking a skilled QA Supervisor to join their team. Please see the details below:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Injection Molding products manufacturing or other automotive spare parts.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in conducting internal and external audits.

• Proficiency in handling Quality Management Systems.

• Skilled in managing customer complaints.

• Familiarity with ISO standards.

• Willing to work in Karawang

Responsibilites:

• Monitor, analyze, research, and test the development of all manufactured products.
• Supervise the product manufacturing process.
• Ensure product quality verification.
• Document inspections and tests of company products.
• Coordinate the development of the Quality Management System.
• Prepare and update quality management system documents (e.g., Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Develop audit schedules, conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and draft non-conformance reports.
• Implement necessary corrective and preventive actions.
