Our Japanese Freight Forwarding Company client is seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager - Exim to join their team. Please see the details below:
Responsibilites:
1. Formulate, develop, and implement policies, plans, and work programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of EXIM operations.
2. Coordinate and ensure that EXIM staff adhere to the EXIM Quality Management System.
3. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each division within EXIM, review achievements, and address any issues that arise.
4. Supervise and monitor Export, Import, PPJK, and Operations activities.
5. Conduct periodic and objective assessments of subordinate performance and work towards enhancing their capabilities.
6. Foster and maintain positive relationships with Customs and Excise agencies, CFS Warehouses, and Port Managers to ensure seamless EXIM operations.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum D3/S1 degree preferably in Logistics or Transportation.
2. 10 years of experience in Exim logistics.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and email.
4. Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
6. Willing to work in Cakung, North Jakarta.
