Our client is mining explosive company looking for an assistant finance manager with responsibility and qualification as below: 


Responsibility:

  • Ensure transactions are timely and accurately processed and posted to accounting system, including but not limited to sales transactions, cost of sales, cash fixed costs, fixed assets, etc. This may require coordination with other departments as well as other colleagues.

  • Produce timely & accurate financial reports to meet specific deadlines;

  • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements;

  • Managing cash flow and expenditures
    a. Actively managing invoicing & collection process from customers, ensure invoices are timely, accurately and submitted in time to customers. This will include liasing with Supply Chain team as well as key contacts in Customers
    b.Preparation of cash flow forecast and provide relevant analysis to stakeholder
    c. Preparation of rolling 12 months rolling cashflow forecast to lender with sounds assumptions

  • Budget & Forecast Preparations :
    a.Support the FD in budget &/ forecast preparations
    b. Actively participate in the monitoring performance

  • Developing and managing financial systems and procedures including but not limited to procedures and policies for the sake of business process improvement

  • Actively monitoring the internal control process to ensure compliance to policies & procedures

  • Managing the taxation to meet the 100% compliance for business process as well tax payment and reporting and (any) tax audit process

  • Actively participate and come up with ideas for cost-reduction opportunities;

  • Act as an expert for general management11. developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, lenders, and statutory organisations such as Tax

  • Reports, Statutory Reports (BKPM, Bank Indonesia, etc);

  • Supervising finance & accounting team staff

  • Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues at Jakarta, Site team and stakeholders representatives


    Qualification:

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bahasa Indonesia

  • Self-motivation, attentive to detail, good initiative, commercial awareness, leadership, and teamplayer

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical

  • IT and numerical abilities are crucial.

  • Graduates with qualifications in accountancy

  • Good understanding on PSAK, or IFRS (plus point)

  • Have experience in working with an accounting firm

IDR 325,000,000 - 390,000,000 (Annual) (IDR)
