Job offer: Country Sales Manager

Location : Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote their paper-making chemicals in Indonesia.
• Present and promote their products to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of their chemical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical or paper-making industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong understanding of the paper-making chemical market in Indonesia.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
