  Job Description:
  • Develop and manage client relationships, primarily with Japanese companies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for corporate car leasing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer service.
  • Report sales activities and performance to management.
  Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the corporate car leasing industry.
  • Proficiency in English, Japanese is a plus (JLPT N1, N2, N3)
  • Strong understanding of the leasing market and customer management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills to address competitor pricing and quality improvement challenges.
