Our client is building material company looking for Business Development / Business Analyst Manager with qualification and job description as follow:

Requirements

• 15 years experience in business development 

• MBA is preferable

• Preferably has experience in a banking, analyst, multinational company or business consulting

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Willingness to travel as required 
   

Job Description: 

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, suggesting improvements where necessary.
