The SLOWEST, most AWFUL customer service ever at Solaria - Plaza Marein, Sudirman Plaza Business Complex. Expect to wait at least 20 MINUTES each time for your food AND drinks to be served at your table. Also, calling for a waitress proved to be unbelievably difficult due to shortage of staff. Atmosphere – crowded & hot. Sofas were all old and worn. Overall place looks very dirty and unhygienic.
