Job Description & Requirements:
4-5 years experience, Mid to Senior Position. (Preferably Sales Engineer or related position)
Involved in full Sales process, end to end.
Looking for individual contributor, similar industry if not same.
Technical knowledge is important
The Sales Engineer will aim to penetrate new customers.
3 months training
Direct report to Director & Factory Manager
One Sales Engineer in Surabaya, One in Jakarta.
Active SIM A & C
If they bring more business, then can consider to leasing a car.
2% Commission given to Sales Engineer from new customers if they bring new business
