Job offer: Project Manager

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our client, a construction company in Bali to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget
• Act as the main point of contact between client, projects owners, and internal team to address concern, resolve issues, and provide progress updates
• Manage and direct project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and consultants
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress, reports, and budgets 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture 
• Having min. 7 years of working experience as Project Manager
• Experienced in Residential, Resort, or High-rise building projects
