In this role, your strong English communication skills are essential as you will act as the right hand to the CFO, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.

  Qualifications:
1.    Proven experience working directly with and advising a CFO or senior leadership.
2.    Fluency in English ( MUST ).
3.    Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of Accounting or Finance, licensed CPA (preferred).
4.    Experience of minimum 5 years in finance, accounting & tax.
5.    Certificate brevet A&B.
 
Responsibilities:
1.    Financial planning and strategy: developing and implementing the company's financial strategies, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
 
2.    Financial analysis: conducting financial analysis to provide insights into the company's performance, profitability, and efficiency, including assessing the financial impact of business decisions.
 
3.    Strategic decision support: providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team and the board of directors.
 
4.    Prepare Financial Report, Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Business Plan, Forecast, Actual Report, FS analysis, Production cost analysis, variable cost and fixed cost.
 
5.    Manage and control company daily operational related with finance, accounting and tax.
 
6.    Treasury: Experience liaison with Bank.
 
7.    Taxation: Corporate Income tax, VAT, Withholding tax.
 
8.    Familiar with NetSuite is preferable.
