Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that support business goals.

Operational Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard assets and profitability.

Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to spot trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

Capital Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to maximize shareholder value.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
15+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in the education sector.
Expertise in accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and education-specific standards (e.g., FASB 116).
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis for educational institutions.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies relevant to education.
Familiarity with federal/state financial aid programs and regulations.
Understanding of risk management in the education industry.
Experience with ERP systems and finance software used in educational institutions.
