Job Description:
- Preparing and managing all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys using various surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and levels,
- Establishing and verifying control points to ensure accuracy in survey measurements,
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting survey data, including historic records, terrain, boundaries, structures, and other relevant information,
- Preparing detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools,
- Collaborating with project team members to provide accurate survey information for project planning and design phases,
- Conducting as-built surveys to verify construction adherence to the original design,
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on survey-related matters to the project team,
- Staying updated with advancements in surveying technology and industry best practices, and
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisors.
Requirements:
- Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field,
- Preferably with minimum 5 years of experience as Geodetic Engineer, Surveyor Engineer, or related field
- Preferably with proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and CAD programs, and
- Preferably with knowledge of land surveying techniques, legal principles, and relevant regulations
