Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate on long-term strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to industry trends.
• Financial Management: Work with the CFO on budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop senior management, foster a high-performance culture, and set performance goals.
• Business Development: Support market expansion and customer satisfaction through optimized operations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and report on operational performance to the CEO and board.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational role.
• Strong background in managing operations, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
