Position: Senior Process Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for designing, building, and optimizing production plants for a leading biotechnology company entering the Indonesian market. Your main role will be to oversee and enhance the production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of production and processing equipment for insect-based products.

• Develop and maintain design standards, guides, and best practices.

• Create and update system documentation, including user and maintenance manuals.

• Provide technical support to production teams and manage subcontractors.

• Oversee equipment commissioning and production line start-up.

• Lead a cross-functional team covering mechanical, electrical, automation, and process engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or a related field with significant relevant experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing projects, especially with international projects valued over IDR 30 Billion.

• Expertise in thermodynamic engineering and drying process design, preferably for the food industry.

• Strong skills in HVAC system design and AutoCAD for P&ID production.

• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, equipment datasheets, and performing process calculations.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication skills.

• Experience in managing site workers and coordinating with automation teams.
