Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience collaborating on and managing projects with BUMN entities.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, and media relations.
• Relevant certifications in media relations.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining media networks with national and international outlets.
• Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Company Profile & Documentary Video Creation: Develop and produce company profiles and engaging documentary videos to showcase and reinforce the company’s reputation.
• Website Management: Oversee and update the company’s website to align with management standards and enhance its effectiveness.
• Social Media Management: Drive and grow the company’s social media presence (IG, LinkedIn, etc.), with a goal of increasing followers by 3,000 each month.
• Brand Enhancement: Position the company as a leading force in marine logistics and solutions, boosting its profile on both national and international stages.
• Media Coverage: Prepare and distribute compelling content about the company’s business activities to a broad range of media outlets.
• Media Networking: Build and sustain strong relationships with national and international media, along with internal and external stakeholders.
