Job offer: IT Lead

Our client is a maritime transportation company, in search for IT lead to help their internal digital transformation. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in digital Transformation, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or digital roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects, including business process restructuring and application development.
• Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is a significant advantage.
• Experience in user requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with digital tools and technologies, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, cloud computing, data analytics, and IoT.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to work with data analytics tools and platforms.
• Understand a couple of programming languages, both for web-based application or mobile apps.
