Job Description and Responsibilities:Team management
Develop Indonesian and Japanese related customer
Visit Indonesian and Japanese related customer to maintaining relationship, handling financial transactions such as negotiation and presentation
Communicate by email with Japanese related customer, make appointments, handle the documents necessary for the contract (in Japanese & English)
Prepare quotation and proposal for sales activity
Support the division to achieve monthly and yearly target
Report Daily and Monthly Activity to the management (in Japanese English)
 Requirements:Min. Bachelor degree
Japanese Language Skill JLPT N2.
Fluent English both Speaking and Written is mandatory.
Age between 35 - 45 years old. 
More than 3 years experience in same or similar position, preferably as Marketing / Business Development Manager in Japanese Banking/Leasing Company
Experience with Japanese business culture
Have a good relation and network, good presentation, communication and negotiation skills. 
Strong sense of leadership and initiative. 
Attention to details, highly motivated person and positive personality.
Target oriented, highly motivated, good personality and can work under pressure. 
Able to drive car and have driving license.
Placement in Jakarta Area.
