Job Description 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower requests.
2. Mapping talent Assessing talent for promotion program.
3. Design and execute development programs for selected talent.
4. Lead the recruiting team and report on its performance.
5. Implement new sourcing methods and job advertising options.
6. Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
7. Participate in job fairs and career events.
8. Conduct assessments for all levels within the company.
9. Provide individual assessment reports.
Requirements: 1. Minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
2. Certification as an Assessment Center Assessor or Psychologist (please attach your Assessor Certificate or SIPP when applying).
3. At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
4. Strong organizational.
5. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
6. Proficient in conducting competency-based interviews and analyzing psychological and assessment test reports.
7. Willingness to be based at the Head Office in Menteng, Jakarta.
